Health Care Communicators of Southern California Announces Changes to Board of Directors
SAN DIEGO, Calif. - (November 18, 2022) – Health Care Communicators of Southern California (HCCSC), the only regional organization representing advertising, marketing, graphic design and public relations professionals within the health care, biotech, life science and medical device industries, has announced its new Board of Directors.
“HCCSC has identified a broad range of experts with a variety of backgrounds and experiences for our Board to enhance member value, drive growth and enhance awareness of the tireless efforts of health care communicators who are a vital part of any thriving community,” said Co-President James Chisum.
The new board of directors is comprised of:
o James Chisum – Vice President of Miller Greer & Associates
o Jody Schneider – Associate Manager, Public Relations for Millennium Health
o Tara Kyman – National Advertising Director at Berry Network & DexYP/Thryv
o Cassie Klapp – Marketing Manager with Tri-City Medical Center
o Co-Chair – Jonathan Inman – Strategic Account Executive at Salesforce
Co-President Jody Schneider added, “HCCSC members are offered a variety of opportunities to network with their peers, share common interests, foster new professional relationships, and learn about the latest trends and developments in health care communications. We are excited to see how our organization thrives in the coming year.”
HCCSC is recognized for its annual Finest Awards, which honors the top communicators in San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange County, and Imperial Counties, in addition to its AMN Scholarship program for students pursuing careers in the health care field.
